STUDIOS EDEN

Situated at the bottom of Avenue de Grasse on a quiet one-way street overlooking the bay of Cannes, EDEN Residence Studios have all been totally refurbished the same and each has a new kitchenette and bathroom with bath (shower over), balcony, Internet access, SKY TV, Air conditioning/heating(unless stated), fitted wardrobe, fridge & electric hob with extractor over. There is a private gated car park and Lift access to all floors.

Cross over the road and within a 2 minute walk you will be in the centre of Cannes' busy shopping streets, markets, cafés & restaurants. Another 3 minutes further and you will be at the train station, The Palais des Festivals, the Croisette or have the choice of 2 beautiful sandy beaches.

Guests receive a Welcome Essentials pack on arrival and all linens are included in the price (apart from your beach towel!).

Cot hire/spare beds are available at a small charge on request. No pets are allowed. We have our own chauffeurs for Airport pickups from Nice. Please ask for more details on booking.
