Our Cannes self catering apartments are situated by the sea, in the town and in the close suburbs of Cannes.
They sleep between 1 and 6 people (max), depending on the property you choose.

The development is situated only 3 kilometres from Central Cannes and 3 kilometres from La Bocca, close to local amenities.

Beautiful, new one bedroom apartment in the Cannes Grand Parc complex. Located on the ground floor it has patio doors leading out to a sunny terrace and garden area from the lounge and bedroom.

The kitchen is American style and fully fitted in cream with black granite worktop and has an integral dishwasher, oven and hob. The lounge area has a sofabed and tv.

The bedroom has large fitted wardrobes and a double bed. The bathroom has a vanity unit and shower. There is also a private garage and use of the complex swimming pool.)

HARBOURSIDE APARTMENT

The Old Port of Cannes is a very lively area, full of bars and restaurants. You will be one block away from the beaches, and a few minutes away from anything you might want to experience in Cannes, such as the wide open air market "le Marché Forville", the "chic" Rue d'Antibes, the lively Rue Saint Antoine and Rue Meynadier, and of course the world famous Palais du Festival (2 minutes away) where the International Film Festival takes place in May... Only 5 mins walk and you reach the Cannes Croisette and hotels such as the Carlton and the Martinez...

The building originated in 1848 is very typical and beautiful: the recent renovation included a lift. The Apartment is on 2nd floor with west-facing windows overlooking a quiet walking street.
